I have my confirmation on my phone or printed out on paper, may I go directly to the departure gate?

To better serve our guests, there is a check-in desk located near the escalators coming from the parking lot area and Kellogg Street.  Seating is assigned by car to alleviate crowding conditions on the train.  Boarding passes with assigned car will be exchanged for your paper print out or after scanning your phone for the ticket confirmation.  This also allows us to track traffic trends and determine possible improvements to train schedule times.  We certainly appreciate your assistance by checking-in prior to going to the board gate so we can determine our actual ridership.


My child is under 2, do I need a ticket?

Yes, EVERY passenger needs a ticket, this is to make sure Santa has plenty of goodies for everyone.


I lost my email with my QR Code/Tickets!

Email us at Store@261.com with your full name, email, and how many tickets purchased, and we will resend you your confirmation email.


Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you do not need to print your tickets. Just show us the QR Code at the Ticket Counter located in the Concourse and you will receive collector tickets to board the train.


Do you resell ‘No Show’ tickets?

While we would love to sell no show tickets, once the train has left the platform we are no longer able to board it.


Can I move my tickets to another day?

Exchanges may only be made by the Friends of the 261, and must be submitted in writing via email to Store@261.com. Exchanges must be made 15 days prior to first event date, request for exchanges 0-14 days prior will not be excepted. There is a $10.00 service fee due at the time of exchanging of tickets to another date and/or time.

I need to cancel my tickets, how do I do so?

If the North Pole Express is notified at least 30 days prior to departure date, 50% refund of full payment will be returned. Notified 0-30 days prior to departure date, no refund will be returned. Online purchasing fees are non-refundable. Request may be submitted in writing via email to Store@261.com
