Ticket Exchange Policy
Exchanges may only be processed by the Friends of the 261 and must be submitted in writing via email to
[email protected]
Any other form of ticket transfer or exchange will void your tickets.
Exchanges may be requested for reasons such as illness, accidental purchase, or selecting the wrong date at the time of booking.
Requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the first event date.
Requests made within 0–14 days of the event will not be accepted.
There is a $15.00 service fee per original sale for exchanges to a different date, time, or class.
If the requested day, time, or class is available, a new confirmation email will be issued once payment is received.
Please note: While we make every effort to accommodate requests, payment of the service fee does not guarantee that your preferred day, time, or class will be available.
If you purchase a second set of tickets, you will be charged a $15 service fee and a refund will only be issued once your tickets resell.
