WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT FOR YOU, WE WILL BE READY
“The health and safety of our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. During our 25 years of operation, we have always employed stringent safety and sanitization protocols on each of our excursions, and we will continue to do so when we are able to resume our trips – implementing the following special measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.“

All public spaces and touch points, including door handles and handrails, will be regularly disinfected. Disinfectant wipes also available for guest use.
Guests will enjoy their experience in small social bubbles, assigned by car.
AIR QUALITY & FILTRATION
We have installed the latest Hyper HEPA air purification technology from Swiss manufacturer IQ Air, ensuring the highest levels of air filtration. Monitors provide real-time data to both indoor and outdoor conditions.
Please note, these protocols are subject to change. We will continue to develop our health and safety policy in line with the requirements issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and the government and health authorities in our operating countries. All guests will receive full and detailed information explaining our new measures, shortly before their departure.
