OUR COMMITMENT
HEALTH CHECKS
Daily temperature checks for guests and staff.
SANITIZE
Guests and staff to sanitize hands upon entry and exit to the train and all public spaces on board.
SOCIAL SPACING
Observe safe distances between guests and staff wherever possible. Dining times will be staggered.
MASK
Will be available on the train and during excursions. To be worn by guests and staff in places where social spacing cannot be observed, with the exception of dining.
DEEP CLEAN
A specialized deep clean of the train will be undertaken immediately prior to guests’ arrival and cleaned continually throughout, using hospital grade disinfectant.
ON BOARD EMT
A US-registered EMT travels on board every excursion, available for medical emergencies 24 hours a day.
HYGIENE
All public spaces and touch points, including door handles and handrails, will be regularly disinfected. Disinfectant wipes also available for guest use.
SMALL GROUPS
Guests will enjoy their experience in small social bubbles, assigned by car.
AIR QUALITY & FILTRATION
We have installed the latest Hyper HEPA air purification technology from Swiss manufacturer IQ Air, ensuring the highest levels of air filtration. Monitors provide real-time data to both indoor and outdoor conditions.
Please note, these protocols are subject to change. We will continue to develop our health and safety policy in line with the requirements issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and the government and health authorities in our operating countries. All guests will receive full and detailed information explaining our new measures, shortly before their departure.
